Common use of Surrender of Warrant Certificate Clause in Contracts

Surrender of Warrant Certificate. Surrender of a Series A Warrant Certificate or Series B Warrant Certificate and the exercise form and payment of the Subscription Price will be deemed to have been effected only on personal delivery thereof to, or if sent by mail or other means of transmission, on actual receipt thereof by, the Trustee at the office specified in Subsection 5.1.
