Surrender of Warrant Certificates. Any surrender of a Warrant Certificate for transfer pursuant to Section 3 above or upon exercise pursuant to Section 4 above shall be made (a) to the Company at its principal office or (b) to the Company at such other place or to such agent of the Company as the Company shall hereafter notify the Holders.
