Common use of Surrender of Warrant Clause in Contracts

Surrender of Warrant. The Warrant Holder shall surrender this Warrant to the Company when it delivers the Notice of Exercise, and in the event of a partial exercise of the Warrant, the Company shall execute and deliver to the Warrant Holder, at the time the Company delivers the Share certificate or certificates issued pursuant to such Notice of Exercise, a new Warrant for the unexercised portion of the Warrant, but in all other respects identical to this Warrant.

Surrender of Warrant. The Warrant Holder shall surrender this Warrant to the Company when it delivers the Notice updated registry of Exerciseshareholders, and in the event of a partial exercise of the Warrant, the Company shall execute and deliver to the Warrant Holder, at the time the Company delivers the Share certificate or certificates issued pursuant to such Notice of Exercise, Holder a new Warrant for the unexercised portion of the Warrant, but in all other respects identical to this Warrant.

The Upon exercise of this Warrant in part, if requested by the Company, the Holder shall surrender deliver this Warrant and other written agreements executed by the Company and the Holder with respect to this Warrant to the Company when it delivers the Notice who shall endorse or cause to be endorsed thereon a notation of Exercise, such exercise and in the event of a partial exercise of the Warrant, the Company shall execute and deliver return all agreements to the Warrant Holder, at the time the Company delivers the Share certificate or certificates issued pursuant to such Notice of Exercise, a new Warrant for the unexercised portion of the Warrant, but in all other respects identical to this Warrant.
