Survey Administration. 1) IBM will conduct one (1) point-in-time survey administration for all employees.
2) The schedule for survey administration will be mutually agreed upon.
3) Where nominated on the Order Form the charges includes the survey having a number of attributed demographic questions (number to be nominated on the Order Form), where IBM will pre-populate the responses for these questions.
4) Where the survey includes attributed demographics, IBM will receive one (1) final “staff list” from the Customer in an agreed format to upload into the survey.

Survey Administration. We offered a single tutorial session about change contracts to the survey participants before they took an open-book mini-test two weeks later (the education materials we used for this tutorial can also be downloaded from the aforementioned Web site). During the test, we measured the time each student spent filling in the questionnaire. To encourage the students, we allocated 10% of credit points of the course for this survey. While grading the answers to the RD-type questions, we occasionally gave a half- point when the answered verbal description about a change contract is neither en- tirely correct nor entirely incorrect. No partial points were given for the other types of questions.

Survey Administration. The survey will be administered during the 2013 CIESM Congress in Marseille. The administration will occur through face‐to‐face interviews in the period of the Congress duration (one week). The face‐to‐face methodology was selected in order to better illustrate the survey and to assist the respondent in loco. The final steps will focus on:
(1) the creation of a dataset by inputting the surveys answers in Excel files;
(2) the statistical elaboration of the data (according to the selected research questions, mostly motivational profiles elicitation);
(3) the elaboration of reports and eventually scientific papers.

The Services described in this section will be referred to as “Survey Administration Services”.
Survey Administration. During fall 2025, WestEd will work with Southwestern College to administer the student and employee surveys. The surveys will be available in Spanish and English. WestEd will program the survey in SurveyMonkey since this is the survey platform used by Southwestern College.
