Survey and Taxes. With respect to the Borrowing Base Properties, a current Survey of such Real Estate or with respect to the Initial Borrowing Base Properties that are Tier II Properties, the most recent Survey, of such Real Estate and evidence of payment of all taxes, assessments and municipal charges on such Real Estate, which on the date of determination are required to have been paid under §7.8.
