Common use of Survey Materials Clause in Contracts

Survey Materials. 3.1 If a Proficiency Testing Survey requires any specific Survey Materials (which, for clarity, may also be referred to as Product(s)), such Survey Materials will be shipped to the Customer at the address as identified in the Quotation, or such other address as may be notified in writing by the Customer no later than seven (7) days prior to the applicable scheduled shipment date (“Delivery Address”). Any such change of Delivery Address shall only apply to future deliveries of Survey Materials.
