Common use of SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE Clause in Contracts

SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE. i. Prior to final approval of the services and works to be constructed under this Agreement, the Owner shall supply a certificate from an Ontario Land Surveyor that it has found or replaced all the standard iron bars to within 2.5 cm of the finished grade at the location of the standard iron bar marking the boundaries of the property and easements or right-of-ways within the property.
