Surveys, Title Commitments, Title Insurance. The Purchaser shall have received the Surveys and the pro-forma Purchaser Title Policies for the Site, the Additional Conveyed Easements, the Combined Dock Real Property Interests and the JWWTP Conveyed Real Property Interest, as contemplated by Section 6.17, reflecting in the case of the Site fee simple title in the Purchaser and in the case of the Combined Dock Real Property Interests and the JWWTP Conveyed Real Property Interest tenancy in common title in the Purchaser, in each case, subject to no Liens other than Permitted Liens.
