Common use of Survival and Assignment Clause in Contracts

Survival and Assignment. Participant understands that Participant’s obligations under this Article III will continue in accordance with its express terms regardless of any changes in the terms and conditions of Participant’s services to the Company Group. Participant further understands that Participant’s obligations under this Article III will continue following Participant’s Termination of Service regardless of the manner of such termination and will be binding upon Participant’s heirs, executors and administrators. The Company Group will have the right to assign the provisions of this Article III to its Affiliates, successors and assigns. Participant expressly consents to be bound by the provisions of this Article III for the benefit of the Company Group.
