Survival and Binding Effect of Representations, Warranties, and Covenants. All agreements, representations, warranties, and covenants made herein by Borrower shall survive the execution and delivery of this Loan Agreement and shall continue in effect so long as any obligation to Lender contemplated by this Loan Agreement is outstanding and unpaid, notwithstanding any termination of this Loan Agreement. All agreements, representations, warranties, and covenants made herein by Borrower shall survive any bankruptcy proceedings involving Borrower. All agreements, representations, warranties, and covenants in this Loan Agreement shall bind the party making the same, its successors and, in Lender’s case, assigns, and all rights and remedies in this Loan Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by each party for whom made, their respective successors and, in Lender’s case, assigns.
