Survival and Enforceability. Without limiting the generality of Section 8.03, the obligations of this ARTICLE 7 shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement and Employee’s employment. Should any provisions of this ARTICLE 7 be held invalid or illegal, such illegality shall not invalidate the whole of this ARTICLE 7 or the agreement, but, rather, ARTICLE 7 shall be construed as if it did not contain the illegal part or narrowed to permit its enforcement, and the rights and obligations of the parties shall be construed and enforced accordingly.
