Survival and Enforceability. 5.1 The Executive recognizes and acknowledges that this Schedule shall survive the cessation of his/her employment, for any reason whatsoever, and will be enforceable by the Company in a court of competent jurisdiction notwithstanding the existence of any claim or cause of action the Executive may assert against the Company, whether predicated upon this Agreement or otherwise.
