Survival and No Merger. (a) The Purchaser agrees that the provisions of this Agreement shall survive Completion and the transfer of title of the Unit to the Purchaser and that the provisions of this Agreement which must be complied with post Completion shall remain binding upon the Parties hereto. (b) This Agreement shall ensure to the benefit of and be binding upon each of the Parties and each of their respective personal representatives, heirs, successors, and permitted assigns.
