Survival Clauses. The provisions concerning CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION, publications, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, warranty and liability as well as those intended to protect the rights of participants / DATA SUBJECTS shall survive the Agreement’s expiration.
Survival Clauses. Section 7, Sections 9 and 10, Sections 14 through 16 and Section 20 of this Agreement shall survive the termination of the Executive's employment with the Employer for any reasons set forth in such Sections.

The following provisions will survive the expiration or termination of any Purchase Order contained in this Agreement: Article 1 (Definitions), Article 5 (Terms of Payment), Article 7 (Testing), Article 8 (Warranty and Services), Article 9 (Return Material Authorization Number), Article 10 (Infringement), Article 11 (Product Liability), Article 12 (Limitations on Liability), Article 14 (Software Licenses), Article 15 (Compliance with Export Laws), Article 17 (Proprietary Information of Xxxxxx), Article 19 (Confidentiality), Article 20 (Survival Clauses), Article 21 (Governing Law), Article 22 (Arbitration), Article 23 (Force Majeure), Article 24 (Miscellaneous), and Exhibit A (Software Licensing Terms and Conditions).
Survival Clauses. The expiration or termination of this Agreement shall not relieve either party of any liability which accrued prior to the termination or expiration date. Articles 1, 6, 7(d), 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 20, 21(b) and (c), 22, 23, 24 and 25 and Exhibit A of this Agreement shall survive the termination or expiration hereof.
Survival Clauses. The provisions concerning publications, Intellectual Property Rights, due care, warranties, liability, and indemnification as well as those intended to protect the Research Participants’ rights, shall survive the Project Agreement expiration or termination.
Survival Clauses. The terms and conditions contained in this Attachment that by their sense and context are intended to survive the expiration or other termination of this Attachment must survive. Surviving terms include but are not limited to: Constraints on Use of Data / Limited License, Security of Data, Data Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure, Audit, HIPAA Compliance, Data Breach Notification and Obligations and Data Breach Response Coverage Requirements. Survival Clauses. Even after this Agreement is terminated or has expired, the following Sections shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement: Articles 1, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12 and 13 until the third anniversary of the termination or expiration of this Agreement or such later date as such surviving Sections may expressly prescribe.
Survival Clauses. The following Clauses 3.03(e), 5.02, 5.06, 5.10, 5.11, 5.13, 5.14, 5.18 and 6.05 shall survive the termination or expiry of this Contract.
Survival Clauses. All provisions of this Agreement relating to Provider's proprietary rights, disclaimers, and limits of liability or duty, confidentiality, nondisclosure, your actions upon termination, payment of fees by you, or indemnification by you shall survive the termination of this Agreement for any reason.
