Interest on Late Payments a. State Agencies The payment of interest on certain payments due and owed by Agency may be made in accordance with Article 11-A of the State Finance Law (SFL §179-d et. Seq.) and Title 2 of the New York Code of Rules and Regulations, Part 18 (Implementation of Prompt Payment Legislation -2 NYCRR §18.1 et seq.).
Interest on Late Payments. With respect to any payment between the Parties pursuant to this Agreement not made by the due date set forth in this Agreement for such payment, the outstanding amount will accrue interest at a rate per annum equal to the rate in effect for underpayments under Section 6621 of the Code from such due date to and including the payment date.
Interest on Late Payments. For any payments ten days or more overdue, Registry Operator shall pay interest on late payments at the rate of 1.5% per month or, if less, the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.
Interest on Late Payments. At the Bank's sole option in each instance, any amount not paid when due under this Agreement (including interest) shall bear interest from the due date at the Bank's Reference Rate plus 2.00 percentage points. This may result in compounding of interest.
Interest on Late Payments. Payments pursuant to this Agreement that are not made by the date prescribed in this Agreement or, if no such date is prescribed, not later than five business days after demand for payment is made (the “Due Date”) shall bear interest for the period from and including the date immediately following the Due Date through and including the date of payment at the Interest Rate. Such interest will be payable at the same time as the payment to which it relates.
Interest on Late Payments. If any payment provided for in Section 5.2 or Section 5.3 hereof is not made when due (applying the deferred payment date provided for in Section 5.7 as the due date, if applicable), then Company shall pay to Executive interest on the amount payable from the date that such payment should have been made under such Section until such payment is made, which interest shall be calculated at the prime or base rate of interest announced by JPMorgan Chase Bank (or any successor thereto) at its principal office in New York, and shall change when and as any such change in such prime or base rate shall be announced by such bank.
Interest on Late Payments. (1) The Buyer must pay interest at the Default Rate:
(a) on any amount payable under this contract which is not paid when due; and
(b) on any judgement for money payable under this contract.
(2) Interest continues to accrue:
(a) under clause 9.9(1)(a), from the date it is due until paid; and
(b) under clause 9.9(1)(b), from the date of judgement until paid.
(3) Any amount payable under clause 9.9(1)(a) in respect of a period prior to settlement must be paid by the Buyer at settlement. If this contract is terminated or if any amount remains unpaid after settlement, interest continues to accrue.
(4) Nothing in this clause affects any other rights of the Seller under this contract or at law.
Interest on Late Payments. Any amounts that are not paid when due hereunder shall bear interest at the Contract Interest Rate from the date due until paid.
Interest on Late Payments. If any payment provided for in Section 5.2 or Section 5.3 hereof is not made when due, then the Company shall pay to Executive interest on the amount payable from the date that such payment should have been made under such Section until such payment is made, which interest shall be calculated at 2% plus the prime or base rate of interest as reported from time to time in the Wall Street Journal, and shall further hold Executive harmless from any liability under Section 409A of the Code.
Interest on Late Payments. In the event that Producer shall fail to make timely payment of any sums, except those contested in good faith or those in a good faith dispute, when due under this Agreement, interest will accrue at an annual rate equal to ten percent (10%) from the date payment is due until the date payment is made.
