Survival; No Limitation. The indemnification obligations of each Party under this Article 10 shall continue in full force and effect regardless of whether this Agreement has expired or been terminated or canceled and shall not be limited in any way by any limitation on insurance, on the amount or types of damages, or by any compensation or benefits payable by the Parties under any applicable workers' compensation acts, disability benefit acts or other employee acts.
