Survival; No Merger. The respective representations, warranties, covenants and indemnities of the Parties contained in this Agreement, including all qualifications thereof and limitations thereon, shall not be merged in any assignments, conveyances, transfers and other documents provided for under this Agreement and shall survive Closing to the extent provided in the respective terms thereof.
