Survival; Notices. The obligations of the Company in paragraph 5 and your obligations in paragraph 6 will survive the termination of this letter agreement. Any notice, consent or other communication made or given in connection with this letter agreement will be in writing and will be deemed to have been duly given when delivered or five days after mailed by United States registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, to the parties at the address set forth on the first page of this letter agreement (attention: General Counsel, if to the Company).
