Common use of Survival of Agreements, Representations and Warranties, etc Clause in Contracts

Survival of Agreements, Representations and Warranties, etc. All warranties, representations and covenants made by any Loan Party herein or in any certificate or other instrument delivered by any Loan Party or on its behalf in connection with the Loan Documents shall be considered to have been relied upon by the Lenders and shall survive the making of the Loans and issuance of any Letters of Credit herein contemplated regardless of any investigation made by the Lenders or the Agents or on their behalf and shall continue in full force and effect so long as any amount due or to become due hereunder is outstanding and unpaid. The right of each Lender to receive payments pursuant to Sections 2.14, 2.16 and 2.19 shall survive the termination of this Agreement and the repayment of the Loans.
