Survival of Article IV Covenants. All of the covenants of any party contained in Article IV of this Agreement will be extinguished and be of no further force or effect after the Effective Time, except that Sections 4.1.4, 4.3.3, 4.3.4, 4.3.5, and 4.4 will survive the Effective Time in accordance with their respective terms.
