Survival of Borrower's Obligations. Without prejudice to the survival of any other agreement of Borrower hereunder, the agreements and obligations of Borrower contained in this Section 17.6 shall survive the termination of the Commitments, the expiration of the Letters of Credit, the indefeasible full payment and satisfaction of all of the Loan Obligations.
