Survival of Borrower's Obligations. Borrower’s representations, warranties and covenants contained in the Loan Documents will continue in full force and effect and survive (i) satisfaction of the Obligations; (ii) release of the lien of this Mortgage; (iii) assignment or other transfer of all or any portion of Lender’s interest in the Loan Documents or the Property; (iv) Lender’s exercise of any of the Remedies or any of Lender’s other rights under the Loan Documents; (v) a Transfer; (vi) amendments to the Loan Documents; and (vii) any other act or omission that might otherwise be construed as a release or discharge of Borrower.
