Survival of Certain Obligations. Notwithstanding the ------------------------------- satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture and of the Notes referred to in Section 8.1, 8.2, 8.3, 8.4 or 8.5, the respective obligations of the Company and the Trustee under Sections 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7, 2.10, 2.11, 2.12, 2.13, 2.14, 4.1, 4.2, 4.5, 4.21, 6.10, Article VII, 8.7, 8.8, 8.9 and 8.10 shall survive until the Notes are no longer outstanding, and thereafter the obligations of the Company and the Trustee under Sections 7.7, 8.7, 8.8, 8.9 and 8.10 shall survive. Nothing contained in this Article VIII shall abrogate any of the obligations or duties of the Trustee under this Indenture.

Nothing contained in this Article VIII IV shall abrogate any of the obligations or duties of the Trustee under this Indenture.

Nothing contained in this Article VIII shall abrogate any of the obligations or duties of the Trustee under this Indenture.

Notwithstanding the ------------------------------- satisfaction and discharge of this Indenture and of the Notes referred to in Section 8.1, 8.2, 8.3, 8.4 or 8.5, the respective obligations of the Company and the Trustee under Sections 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7, 2.10, 2.11, 2.12, 2.13, 2.14, 4.1, 4.2, 4.5, 4.214.22, 6.10, Article VII, 8.7, 8.8, 8.9 and 8.10 shall survive until the Notes are no longer outstanding, and thereafter the obligations of the Company and the Trustee under Sections 7.7, 8.7, 8.8, 8.9 and 8.10 shall survive.
