Common use of Survival of Certain Obligations Clause in Contracts

Survival of Certain Obligations. Without prejudice to the survival of the other agreements of the parties, the following obligations shall survive the termination of this Agreement: (a) the obligations of each party under Articles III and IV, and (b) the Provider's right to receive the compensation for the Transition Services provided by it hereunder provided in Section 2.1 above incurred prior to the effective date of termination.

Survival of Certain Obligations. Without prejudice to the survival of the other agreements of the parties, the following obligations shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement: (a) the obligations of each party under Articles III Sections 1.4(c), 1.5, 1.6, and IVArticle III, and (b) the Provider's Interface’s right to receive the compensation for the Transition Services provided by it hereunder provided in pursuant to Section 2.1 above incurred prior to the effective date of terminationtermination or expiration.

Survival of Certain Obligations. Without prejudice to the survival of the other agreements of the partiesParties, the following obligations shall survive the termination of this Agreement: (a) for the period set forth therein, the obligations of each party Party under Articles III 5 and IV7, and (b) the Provider's KPMG’s right to receive the compensation for the Transition Shared Services provided by it hereunder provided provided, and reimbursement of the costs and expenditures described in Section 2.1 above 2.01 incurred prior to the effective date of termination.

Survival of Certain Obligations. Without prejudice to the survival of the other agreements of the parties, the following obligations shall survive the termination of this Agreement: (ai) the obligations of each party under Articles Article III and IV, Article VIII and (bii) the Provider's GTCS’s right to receive the compensation and expense reimbursement for the Transition Services provided by it hereunder provided in Section 2.1 above incurred prior to the effective date of termination. Any rights arising out of a breach of any terms of this Agreement shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

Survival of Certain Obligations. Without prejudice to the survival of the other agreements of the partiesParties, the following obligations shall survive the termination of this Agreement: (a) for the periods set forth therein, the obligations of each party Party under Articles III 3, 4 and IV5, and (b) the Provider's ’s right to receive the compensation for the Transition Services provided by it hereunder as provided in Section 2.1 above incurred 2.01 prior to the effective date of terminationtermination of each such Transition Service.
