Survival of Claim for Representations and Warranties. The representations and warranties in Section 4.2 shall be true as of the date hereof and shall remain true on the Closing Date, for the benefit of Vendor. In the absence of fraud, however, no Claim or action shall be commenced with respect to a breach of any such representation and warranty, unless, within the six month period following the Closing Date, written notice specifying such breach in reasonable detail is provided to Purchaser.
