For each Claim for indemnification hereunder regarding a representation, warranty, covenant, obligation or agreement that is made before the expiration of such representation, warranty, covenant, obligation or agreement, such Claim and associated rights to indemnification will not terminate until the final determination and satisfaction of such Claim.
