Common use of Survival of Covenant Not to Compete Clause in Contracts

Survival of Covenant Not to Compete. Employee agrees that the provisions of Section 7 shall survive expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement for any reason, whether voluntary or involuntary, with or without cause, and shall remain in full force and effect thereafter for a period of one (1) year.
