Common use of Survival of Covenant Clause in Contracts

Survival of Covenant. All representations, warranties and covenants of the Borrower under Sections 2, 3 and 5.1 shall survive the expiration or termination of this Loan Agreement to the extent arising prior to any such expiration or termination.

Survival of Covenant. All representations, warranties and covenants of the Borrower under Sections 2SECTIONS 2.1, 3 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 4 and 5.1 5 shall survive the expiration or termination of this Loan Agreement to the extent arising prior to any such expiration or termination.

Survival of Covenant. All representations, warranties and covenants of the Borrower under Sections 2, 3 and 5.1 Loan Parties shall survive the expiration or termination of this Loan Agreement to the extent arising prior to any such expiration or termination.
