Survival of Covenants and Agreements. Each of the covenants of the parties contained in or made by the parties pursuant to the terms of this Agreement which are to be performed by the parties at and after the Closing, other than the indemnity obligations of the parties with respect to representations and warranties (which shall survive the Closing as provided for in the foregoing provisions of this Section), shall survive the Closing until the same shall have been performed or discharged in full.
