Common use of Survival of Indemnities and Representations and Warranties Clause in Contracts

Survival of Indemnities and Representations and Warranties. All indemnities set forth herein and all representations and warranties made herein and in any document, certificate or statement delivered pursuant hereto or in connection herewith shall survive the execution and delivery of this Agreement, the Notes, the Letters of Credit and the other Financing Documents and the making and repayment of the Loans and the expiration or cancellation of all Letters of Credit.
