Common use of Survival of Indemnities, Contribution, Warranties and Representations Clause in Contracts

Survival of Indemnities, Contribution, Warranties and Representations. The indemnity and contribution agreements contained in Section 7 and the representations, warranties and agreements of the Company in Sections 1 and 4 hereof shall survive the delivery of the Securities to the Underwriters hereunder and shall remain in full force and effect, regardless of any termination or cancellation of this Underwriting Agreement or any investigation made by or on behalf of any indemnified party.

Survival of Indemnities, Contribution, Warranties and Representations. The indemnity and contribution agreements contained in Section 7 5 and the representations, warranties and agreements of the Company in Sections 1 and 4 hereof 3 shall survive the delivery of the Securities Shares to the Underwriters hereunder and shall remain in full force and effect, regardless of any termination or cancellation of this Underwriting Agreement or any investigation made by or on behalf of any indemnified party.

Survival of Indemnities, Contribution, Warranties and Representations. The indemnity and contribution agreements contained in Section 7 8 and the representations, warranties and agreements of the Company in Sections 1 and 4 hereof 5 and the representations, warranties and agreements of the Selling Stockholders in Sections 2 and 6 shall survive the delivery of the Securities to the Underwriters hereunder and shall remain in full force and effect, regardless of any termination or cancellation of this Underwriting Agreement or any investigation made by or on behalf of any indemnified party.

Survival of Indemnities, Contribution, Warranties and Representations. The indemnity and contribution agreements contained in Section 7 6, the applicable obligations of the Company under Section 4(k) and the representations, warranties and agreements of the Company in Sections 1 and 4 hereof 3, shall survive the delivery of the Securities Shares to the Underwriters Underwriter hereunder and shall remain in full force and effect, regardless of any termination or cancellation of this Underwriting Agreement or any investigation made by or on behalf of any indemnified party.
