Notwithstanding any termination of this Agreement, the indemnities to which the Administrative Agent and the Lenders are entitled under the provisions of this Article XIII and any other provision of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall continue in full force and effect for one year after such termination and until such date shall protect the Administrative Agent Agents and the Lenders against events arising after such termination as well as before.
