Common use of Survival of Indemnity Provisions Clause in Contracts

Survival of Indemnity Provisions. The indemnification provisions of this Article 15 shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement with respect to any acts or omissions occurring during the term of this Agreement and shall not be affected or reduced by any information with which the Owner has been provided or may otherwise obtain in the future.

Survival of Indemnity Provisions. The indemnification indemnity, defend, and hold harmless provisions set forth in Section 13 of this Article 15 Agreement shall survive the expiration termination, expiration, or termination cancellation of this Agreement with respect to any acts or omissions occurring during the term of this Agreement and shall not be affected or reduced by any information with which the Owner has been provided or may otherwise obtain in the futureAgreement.
