Common use of Survival of Indemnity Clause in Contracts

Survival of Indemnity. The indemnification provided by this Section 10 shall be a continuing right to indemnification and shall survive the registration and sale of any securities by any Person entitled to indemnification hereunder and the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
