Survival of Indemnity. The indemnity described in Section 6.1 shall survive the termination or expiry of this Agreement and, notwithstanding such termination or expiry, shall continue in full force and effect for the benefit of the City, its elected officials, appointed officers, employees, agents, and contractors.
