Survival of Insurance Requirements. Tenant shall, at Tenant's sole expense, maintain in full force and effect the liability insurance coverages required under this Lease and shall maintain Landlord Parties and any lender specified by Landlord as additional insureds, as required by Section 13.5.4 of this lease, for a period of no less than two (2) years after expiration or earlier termination of this Lease.
