Common use of Survival of Interim Order Clause in Contracts

Survival of Interim Order. The provisions of this Interim Order and any actions taken pursuant hereto shall survive entry of any order which may be entered (i) confirming any plan of reorganization in these Chapter 11 Cases, (ii) converting any or all of these Chapter 11 Cases to a case or cases under chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code, or (iii) dismissing any or all the Chapter 11 Cases, and the terms and provisions of this Interim Order, including, but not limited to, the financing protections granted hereunder, shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding the entry of such order, and such protections shall retain their effect as provided by this Interim Order until all obligations of the Borrower pursuant to this Interim Order are indefeasibly paid in full and discharged (such payment being without prejudice to any terms or provisions contained in this Interim Order which survive such discharge by its terms).
