Survival of Orders after Termination. Any Plasma picked up by Supplier from CBS for fractionation by Supplier into Fractionation Products prior to the termination or expiration of this Agreement shall be fractionated by Supplier into Fractionated Products and for resale to CBS pursuant to this Agreement, and the rights and obligations of the parties hereto shall survive termination of the Agreement.
