Common use of Survival of Perfection Representations Clause in Contracts

Survival of Perfection Representations. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Sale and Servicing Agreement or any other Transaction Document, the perfection representations, warranties and covenants contained in this Exhibit B shall be continuing, and remain in full force and effect until such time as all obligations under the Transaction Documents and the Notes have been finally and fully paid and performed.

Survival of Perfection Representations. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Sale and Servicing Agreement Agreement, the Indenture or any other Transaction Basic Document, the perfection representations, warranties and covenants contained in this Exhibit B shall be continuing, and remain in full force and effect (notwithstanding any replacement of the Servicer or termination of Servicer’s rights to act as such) until such time as all obligations under the Transaction Documents Sale and Servicing Agreement, this Agreement and the Notes Indenture have been finally and fully paid and performed.

Survival of Perfection Representations. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Sale and Servicing Agreement Agreement, the Indenture or any other Transaction Basic Document, the perfection representations, warranties and covenants contained in this Exhibit B shall be continuing, and remain in full force and effect (notwithstanding any replacement of the Servicer or termination of Servicer’s rights to act as such) until such time as all obligations under the Transaction Documents Sale and Servicing Agreement, Sale and Contribution Agreement and the Notes Indenture have been finally and fully paid and performed.
