Common use of Survival of Perfection Representations Clause in Contracts

Survival of Perfection Representations. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Indenture or any other Basic Document, the perfection representations, warranties and covenants contained in this Schedule I shall be continuing, and remain in full force and effect until such time as all obligations under the Indenture have been finally and fully paid and performed.
