Common use of Survival of Perfection Representations Clause in Contracts

Survival of Perfection Representations. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Indenture or any other Transaction Document, the Perfection Representations contained in this Schedule shall be continuing, and remain in full force and effect (notwithstanding any replacement of the Servicer or termination of Servicer’s rights to act as such) until such time as the Secured Obligations under the Indenture have been finally and fully paid and performed.

Survival of Perfection Representations. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Master Repurchase Agreement and the Indenture or any other Transaction DocumentProgram Agreement, the Perfection Representations contained in this Schedule I shall be continuing, and remain in full force and effect (notwithstanding any termination of the Program Agreements or any replacement of the Servicer or termination of the Servicer’s rights to act as such) until such time as the Secured Obligations all obligations under the Indenture have been finally and fully paid and performed.

Survival of Perfection Representations. Survival of Perfection Representations. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Indenture Mortgage Loan Purchase and Servicing Agreement and the Security Agreement or any other Transaction Program Document, the Perfection Representations contained in this Schedule shall be continuing, and remain in full force and effect (notwithstanding any termination of the Program Documents or any replacement of the Servicer or termination of the Servicer’s rights to act as such) until such time as the Secured all Obligations under the Indenture Security Agreement have been finally and fully paid and performed.

Notwithstanding any other provision of the Indenture SUBI Transfer Agreement or any other Transaction Document, the Perfection Representations perfection representations contained in this Schedule shall be continuing, and remain in full force and effect (notwithstanding any termination of the commitments or any replacement of the Servicer or termination of the Servicer’s 's rights to act as such) until such time as the Secured Obligations all obligations under the Indenture have been finally and fully paid and performed.

Survival of Perfection Representations. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Indenture this Agreement or any other Transaction Document, the Perfection Representations contained in this Schedule shall be continuing, and remain in full force and effect (notwithstanding any termination of the Commitments or any replacement of the Servicer or termination of Servicer’s 's rights to act as such) until such time as the Secured Obligations under Final Payout Date. No Perfection Representation will be waived by the Indenture have Administrator or any Purchaser unless the Rating Agency Condition has been finally and fully paid and performedsatisfied with respect thereto.

Survival of Perfection Representations. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Indenture Agreement or any other Transaction Related Document, the Perfection Representations representations and warranties contained in this Schedule B shall be continuing, and remain in full force and effect (notwithstanding any termination or replacement of the Servicer or termination of Servicer’s 's rights to act as such) until such time as the all Secured Obligations under the Indenture Related Documents have been finally and fully paid and performed.

Survival of Perfection Representations.
