Common use of Survival of Perfection Representations Clause in Contracts

Survival of Perfection Representations. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any other transaction document, the Perfection Representations contained in this Schedule shall be continuing, and remain in full force and effect (notwithstanding any replacement of the Master Servicer or termination of the Master Servicer's rights to act as such) until such time as all obligations under this Agreement have been finally and fully paid and performed.
