Survival of Perfection Representations. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Agreement or any other Transaction Document, the Perfection Representations contained in this Exhibit VII shall be continuing, and remain in full force and effect (notwithstanding any termination of the commitments or any replacement of the Servicer or termination of Servicer’s rights to act as such) until such time as Investments and all other obligations under the Agreement have been finally and fully paid and performed.
