Survival of Provisions After Any Termination. If this Settlement Agreement is terminated pursuant to paragraph 6.3, the provisions of this Settlement Agreement will have no force or effect and all obligations related thereto shall cease immediately, with the exception that the agreements and commitments contained in Section 11 shall survive termination.
