Common use of Survival of Representations and Indemnifications Clause in Contracts

Survival of Representations and Indemnifications. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, the parties acknowledge that the representations, covenants and indemnifications set forth in Articles XI, XIV, XVI and Sections 18.2, 18.6, 18.8 and 18.9 shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement. All amounts due and payable front either party to the other shall survive the termination of the Agreement.

Survival of Representations and Indemnifications. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, the parties acknowledge that the representations, covenants and indemnifications set forth in Articles XI9, XIV12, XVI 14 and Sections 18.216.2, 18.616.6, 18.8 16.8 and 18.9 16.9 shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement. All amounts due and payable front from either party to the other shall survive the termination of the this Agreement.

All amounts due and payable front from either party to the other shall survive the termination of the this Agreement.

All amounts due and payable front from either party to the other shall survive the termination of the this Agreement.
