Survival of Representations and Recourse. 9.1 Survival (a) each of the Vendors in or under this Agreement and in or under any documents, instruments and agreements delivered pursuant to this Agreement; and (b) the Purchaser in or under this Agreement and in or under any documents, instruments and agreements delivered pursuant to this Agreement, shall survive the Closing and shall continue in full force and effect for a period of three years from the Closing Date.
