Survival of Representations and Warranties and Certain Obligations. (a) All representations and warranties made under the Loan Documents and in any document, certificate or statement delivered pursuant thereto or in connection therewith shall survive the execution and delivery of the Loan Documents.

(a) All representations and warranties made under the Loan Documents and in any document, certificate or statement delivered pursuant thereto or in connection therewith shall survive the execution and delivery of the Loan Documents, except for changes which, either singly or in the aggregate, will not have a Material Adverse Effect, and except for the representations and warranties contained in Section 4.1 and 4.6 which shall be true and correct as of the date hereof.
