Survival of Representations and Warranties in All Material Respects. All representations and warranties by Borrower herein shall survive delivery of the Notes and the making of the Loan, and any investigation at any time made by or on behalf of the Agent or the Lenders shall not diminish the Agent’s or the Lenders’ rights to rely thereon.
