Survival of Representations; Reliance. The representations and warranties set forth in Section 3.1 shall survive until the Obligations have been paid and performed in full. All representations, warranties, covenants and agreements made in this Agreement or the other Loan Documents by Borrower or any other Restricted Party shall be deemed to have been relied upon by Lender regardless of any investigation made by or on behalf of Lender either prior to or following the date hereof.
