Survival of Representations; Taxes. All representations and warranties of the Borrower contained in this Agreement shall survive delivery of the Note and the making of the Loans herein contemplated. Any taxes (excluding federal income taxes on the overall net income of the Lender) or other similar assessments or charges made by any governmental or revenue authority in respect of the Loan Documents shall be paid by the Borrower, together with interest and penalties, if any.
